About the event

Think RevOps is just about building territories and managing quotas? Think again.

Join us for a live conversation with Stephen from Zip as he makes the case for why RevOps has evolved into the most strategic function in modern startups—and why that matters for your career and company growth.

Stephen brings a unique perspective to this debate. With a background in finance who transitioned into RevOps, he's witnessed firsthand how the function has transformed from sales support to a strategic brain trust.

At Zip, he's building the hypergrowth RevOps playbook.

We'll dive deep into:

  • What makes RevOps truly strategic - Moving beyond territories and quotas to become the strategic brain behind growth
  • Sales partnership - How RevOps partners with sales on major pivots, expansions, and aggressive growth goals
  • RevOps careers and hiring - What skills you need to look for and the RevOps career path
  • AI's game-changing impact - Building more self-serve tools for reps and what remains human in an increasingly AI dominated field

About Stephen

Stephen currently leads RevOps at Zip, where he's responsible for building the strategic foundation to support aggressive growth goals. His unconventional journey from finance to RevOps gives him a unique lens on how the function has evolved from administrative support to strategic powerhouse. Prior to his role at Zip, Stephen spent almost five years at Verkada in Strategy & Operations and in finance at Blackstone, before transitioning to tech.
