#1 Activity & engagement heat map. This view visualizes exactly where you stand with each contact using three statuses: 

  • Cold: Contacts who haven't engaged with your company or haven't engaged recently
  • Attempted: Recently contacted but haven't responded
  • Engaged: Recently responded to outreach

#2 Whitespace analysis. This view reveals product adoption coverage by showing the ratio of current users to total addressable prospects within each department and seniority level.

#3 Key contacts view. Keep tabs on key contacts within an account with a special status. These key contacts are “pinned” to the account so you never lose track. 

#4 Table view and actions. Click into any part of the org map visualization to pull up a table view of all contacts for more granular insights and ability to take quick action directly from this view. Enroll contacts into a sequence, update the CRM, or any other action you have configured in Pocus.
