Amy Hsuan is the Senior Vice President of Global Customer & People Experience at Mixpanel where she oversees the sales and account management teams, field marketing, customer success, partnerships and the end-to-end employee experience. Prior to this role, Amy spent seven years leading teams focused on innovation strategy at The Boston Consulting Group, helping companies to create and execute market-leading growth strategies. Drawing from her diverse experience across industries, Amy has helped to build Mixpanel’s differentiated customer experience, stemming from an award-winning employee culture. Amy holds an MBA from the Wharton Business School and an MA in Journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
